The Council meets formally in the Sports Pavilion every month, on the first Monday in the month with the exception of August and December, at 7:30 p.m. Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend. In addition to listening to the proceedings, they are able to participate in the meeting by asking questions at 8:30 p.m. onwards.

The Council is comprised of 9 councillors and a Parish Clerk. Whenever possible, our representatives on the Ashford Borough Council, Cllr Aline Hicks and Cllr Brad Bradford, also attend our meetings. From time to time other guests are invited to speak on topics of current interest to the Council and the community.

Your Parish Councillors have divided the tasks of the council between them so that there will always be continuity on those tasks and the respective councillors can build up a level of expertise in those subjects. This also enables your councillors to build up regular communication with relevant service providers to our community. The following list shows how the council duties are currently allocated.
